Notice how you're feeling at the start,
and then at end of this activity promoting health,
happines and peace. Smile, enjoy deeper breaths in
and longer exhales.
Laugh engaging your belly.
Pay attention - No strain, no new pain.
Take it easy, pause or stop for any discomfort.
It's fine to just watch and catch the spirit of the activity.
Vigorous laughing is cautionary for some.

Hangout #1 featured Dr. Madan Kataria
LIVE and global Laughter Professors Keyem Thomas (Bahrain), Linda LeClerc (Canada), Jagat Singh Bisht (India), Mary Finn (USA). Three of Elaine's Google+ Friends joined the fun: Mark Davenport and Heide Hornlein (Italy) and Candy Javier Sakai (Japan).
Hangout #2 features global "laughter professors",
laugher lovers of Google+, and special laughter
exercises will honor nurses round the world (it's the
start of Nurses Week!)
