--Note your discomfort/stress level
(1=low, 9=high) BEFORE and AFTER the active laughing
--No strain, no new pain!
--Breathe in deeply, SMILE, and laugh, making a long exhale to empty your lungs. Laugh heartily from your belly!
--Bring out playfulness.
--Dial up your willingness to "pretend laugh" at first, "real laughter emerges.
--Simply watch and catch the spirit of the activity if you're not sure this seems right for you. This is sustained laughter for exercise, so consult your personal physician/health care provider for guidance, relative to your own current condition of health.
